I'm here now. A couple of things bug me and I'm not sure if anyone else here has experienced this.

As a Globalist, I only managed to get a room on the 6th floor. Apparently, there was high occupancy yesterday and today. The view from my room sucks. I wasn't upgraded.

The telephone's call quality is awful. It's not usable. I had to call front desk and inquire about something. However, the rep's voice cuts in and out. I couldn't understand anything so I had to go downstairs.

The TV also has a similar problem. I have had the BBC on for the past 7 hours and the audio goes in and out. It's very quick, but enough to make watching the news a frustrating experience.
