Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?

Yes. The CP and HIX share the same building but rooms and reception are segregated as are the breakfast areas. Outside those hours the bar and restaurant are available for anyone to use.

I use the CP side as it has the club.

i had three recent stays

How are the rooms?

Fine but showing scuffs etc on walls and doors.

Good sound proofing.

How is the exec. lounge?

During the day offers self service tea /coffee / soft drinks / crisps / fruit

18.00 - 20.00 - wine and beer and two hot and two cold items. Attendant does regular circuits of the room topping up glasses and clearing plates.

What was good and what was bad?

in general it’s a pretty solid offering. Food in the bar is good (and you can use F&B rewards). Breakfast is standard buffet.
