I just got a debit not allowed for trying a non-everywhere meta VGC from OD for $95. The CSR was obviously inexperienced with doing money transactions and I think she may have flubbed a number and put $195. We tried it again, this time confirming it should be $95, and still got debit not allowed. Is there a cool down after a decline like this or is WM tightening the screws on the metas even further?
