I'm at the AA lounge now.

I showed up at 6:30 to leave plenty of time just in case of craziness ...
Apparently the AA check-in staff were part of the strike, and rather than their normally scheduled opening at 5:00 PM, they opened at 7:45PM. I was #1 in line on the "Priority' side, and check-in went really really slowly (maybe 5-10 minutes) to check 4 bags for two people. The priority line was almost full by the time they opened up. It seems like the "priority" ticket agents were trying to go out of their way to be grumpy with most passengers immediately upon opening. I'm a pretty cheery guy normally, so they were nice to me, at least.

The "Main Cabin" line was massive, it completely filled the line area and then snaked far along the terminal building beyond my sight. Did not look like fun.

The good news is that it seems AA is the only airline actually operating, so once I got my bags checked, the security line and passport control was totally empty, as was the terminal area ... The AA lounge is almost full at 10PM... but there's actually still at least 8 seats free that I can see...

If I had to guess, I made a smart decision to show up for my flight today, and expect that tomorrow will be a total madhouse here with the massive number of people who should have flown today showing up tomorrow to try and standby for limited flights... but it also looks like Delta flew in at least 2 extra 767-400's to deal with getting Delta and maybe Aerolinias Argentinas passengers moving.

Edited to add: Most flights look to actually be on time, except for mine (AA900) which should have been 9:35 pm and instead is estimated to be 2:25AM.
