Called to try getting the AF on my Premium Rewards card waived. I've had it for six years. Rep was unable to find anything for me either on AF waiver or bonus for spending. She initially asked if I was interested in an APR reduction, but I told her that I didn't care about that. When she initially picked up, she thanked me for being a BofA customer for 21 years and said that they appreciated my business. I told her we'd see how much. Apparently not enough.
She did suggest that I could open up a new PR card and get the signup bonus and then cancel the existing card. I didn't think that they would allow me to do that and told her I didn't want to apply for a new card.
