So, it’s now well over a year since we heard Ben Lipsey discuss upcoming improvements to Platinum status in order to distinguish it from Gold. I assume nobody else has heard anything? Has this plan been quietly retired?
For Ultimate program, I know they are some positive changes being announced later in Jan or early Feb 🙂
