An update update...

Many thanks to everyone that offered the information, guidance and assistance on this one! I've just received confirmation that the correct (full) amount has been authorised for payment. I have no idea what worked or how they missed the information so many times but we got there in the end. Minor gushy moment, due to the input from everyone involved here I'll manage to fund an extra trip for my kids to visit me, that's pretty much immeasurable so I thank you all so much!
