Interesting event happened yesterday. Had some parts shipped by air cargo on Alaska yesterday for an emergency repair needed to do on a cancer treatment machine I work on. Got all the notifications that flight had arrived. Went to air cargo to pick up the parts at HNL. They tried to tell me the parts did not make it. I insisted they did. They checked further. Well they fund them, they had fallen off the vehicle they use to transport cargo from the plane to the cargo building. They found them laying on the tarmac. So if you ever ship anything air cargo with Alaska and they tell you did not arrive, tell them to go look on the tarmac.
