Maybe I’ve got the terminology incorrect, but I manage my booking, I see “Choose something more - Upgrade to enjoy extra space and extraordinary comfort.”, hit that, and get a price for either one or both ways. I then select the price, it thinks about it for a while with the screen below, and then errors.


I’ve done this tens of times with bookings made through my corp travel agent.
