Booked a flight through our corporate TA, trying to upgrade on ba.com and get the error:
There is a technical problem with our system at the moment and we are unable to fulfil your request.
Please contact us or your original booking agent to make changes to your booking.
I regularly do this (book flights through TA, then pay a POUG in MMB), this is the first time it won’t work. Called BA and the only answer they give, which I disagree with, is that because it was booked through a TA it can only be upgraded by them. Very frustrating.
