At least some of the Latitude flight passes give E50 status. From the Central Regional T&C:
Altitude Elite 50K status is offered upon purchase of an Unlimited Flight Pass Latitude - 6 month. Altitude Elite 50K status will be awarded within 30 days from the date of purchase. Benefits will be valid until February 28/29 of the succeeding year
I was exaggerating a bit when I said you got the status immediately. The exact rules for when you'll receive the status have some subtleties depending when in the calendar year you buy the UFP:
January 1 - February 28/29: Receive by March 15; revoked February 28/29 next year.
March 1 - October 14: Receive within 30 days; revoked February 28/29 next year.
October 15 - December 1: Receive by December 15; revoked February 28/29 next year.
December 2 - December 31: Receive by March 15 next year; revoked by February 28/29 the following year.
