MSP-MIA Lunch. As described on the menu:

Beef Meatballs
Broccoli, cheesy polenta, tomato sauce, Parmesan cheese. Served with mixed green salad and balsamic vinaigrette.

The meatballs have generally met with good reviews and I can concur with the assessment. It's a tasty mix all together, although the "cheesy polenta" by itself kind of tastes like a bad attempt at grits. Also, that's not broccoli, but since when has the menu ever been accurate

Returning MIA-MSP, also Lunch (is there a different mealset for Do&Co stations? - I think DTW is similar). As described on the menu:

Artichoke Ravioli
Oven roasted cherry tomatoes, Parmesan. Served with mixed greens, pumpkin seeds, balsamic vinaigrette.

I thought it was excellent. In general I have liked the pasta dishes of late, and I think catering is at the point where it has recovered nicely. Now we just need to stop serving the same thing both directions on less special routes... and also actually cater every flight that promises a meal.
