And mysteriously, 12 upgrade points were wiped off my account today as "expired" with no further explanation - and for no reason I can tell since all my e-up points are quite recent. So the year-end accounting at AC seems to be a bit of a debacle.
You will need to call in and get this escalated and fight it. Nothing like AC making us fight for what we are entitled to. I'm still dealing with something similar and its super frustrating.
