Hello, I wanted an opinion on whether the below would be eligible for EU261.

I was originally booked to travel RUH - AMS - CDG on KLM (booked through KLM), with a scheduled arrival of 09:35 at CDG.

Whilst I was in the air on the RUH - AMS leg my AMS - CDG flight was cancelled due to weather and I was automatically rebooked onto AMS - GVA - CDG (mix of KLM + AF) which pushed my scheduled arrival to CDG back to 13:25. I understand that this would not be eligible for a EU261 claim since it was caused by weather.

The AMS - GVA flight was then delayed (due to the "previous flight being delayed") to the point where my connection in GVA was no longer viable so I was rebooked onto AMS - CDG on AF. New scheduled arrival time of 15:15.

The AMS - CDG flight was then delayed due to "operational reasons" meaning that my final arrival time into CDG was 16:55 (i.e. 7 hours 20 mins after my original scheduled arrival and 3 hours 30 mins after the new scheduled arrival time after the weather cancellation).

Does anyone know if this would be eligible and if so, who do I need to file the claim with, KLM or Air France?

Thank you
