Currently fares are loaded only till mid-January. If both your inbound and outbound flight are in the second half of January, you will see Lite fares in the next two weeks.
I see. So it is possible that they release a cheaper (Lite) fare as time passes? The only reason I ask is because I have usually only noticed fares go up but I don't really have a datapoint from a 355 day window vs 250 days in advance if you get what I am saying.

I fly the same route every year at the same point in time but I usually book 6-8 months in advance and I am able to snag lite fares.

Also curious why you mention that we will see Lite fares in the next 2 weeks for the second half of Jan? Isn't it possible that they only release Standard fares for that too? Or is it a trend that there are no Lite fares available for NYC SIN 355 days in advance during Christmas.

I know that's a lot but any data point would be helpful.
