The Pork option

If I encounter the pork on a menu again, I would take whatever the alternative option is. Below the pork lurks a grey emulsion which had a fishy taste (though that could have been the capers deceiving me) which was not a good combination.

Crew were fine, though not terribly proactive, but I soon charmed them around to topping my glass up after the trays were collected.
