Hi

I'm flying LHR-DOH-MLE return in March on a paid R class fare. I've been trying to upgrade the DOH-MLE-DOH segments using Avios and have confirmed online and via the contact centre that there is reward seat availability. In the Qatar App, the upgrade option is greyed out. If I go through Manage My Booking on the website, so upgrade options appear. If I do through the Privilege CluB Dashboard and click the upgrade link, it eventually says 'It does not appear this booking can be upgraded'. I've contacted Qatar both by chat and phone and both times they have confirmed the fare is eligible for upgrade and that there is upgrade availability, but they cannot help unless all segments are being upgraded and I have to do it online. Catch 22! Anyone had any success getting around this roadblock? Thanks
