Nope, since they don't charge you when prices go up, you don't get compensated when prices fall. In your case you have to do a completely new booking and refund/cancel the old ticket (if its eco flex that should be no issue?)

Yes, we can cancel it and rebook. Or, using a credit book the new ticket first and make sure it's all confirmed, then cancel the old one.
