BlueBiz problems

BlueBiz recently announced some changes, for example you don't receive any blue credits (euros) until you reach a minimum spending per year.

I manage a small european company and we have a bluebiz account. I have particularly liked the "book now pay later" service, where we could prebook early in the year (when fares are lower) the trips to the US and then pay shortly before the flight or let the booking expire.

Yesterday I tried to book flights to the US for April and it wouldn't let me use the "book now pay later" service (just until the end of the day, like if I didn't have the corporate booking). And the option to pay with BlueBiz credits is also gone.

We have 700EUR worth of points about to expire in a month, so I wanted to use them all now. I tried recreating the booking with AF and KLM websites to make sure I didn't miss anything on my side, I didn't. Tried today again, and again bluebiz is essentially not existing. And the platinum line told me that it has happened to other customers too, and the only option that bluebiz is giving them is to reach out to them by email (no phone available). The service line lady didn't know the outcome of those other cases, only that this is definitely happening.

Has any of you been in the same situation? do I kiss goodbye to our 700 EUR?

Thank you
