I needed only 1 (ONE!!) QPoint to requalify for Platinum. Earned 26! They refuse.

In December 2023 I flew American Airlines, as follows:
20 December MIA BWI
28 December BWI CLT MIA
28 December MIA GIG.

On 29 December, after my flight to Rio, which had already been efficiently credited to my Privileges' Club account, I checked my requirement for QPoints, online, for the renewal of my Platinum tier. I needed only 1 (ONE!) QPoint. I verified this via QR's WhatsApp and this was confirmed: Only ONE QPoint was needed, on 29 December 2023.

As I was about to purchase this 1 QPoint for 25USD, I realised that my 20 and 28 December (MIA BWI and BWI CLT MIA) QPoints had not [yet] been credited. After a few calls to both AA and QR, these 26 QPoints, earned in December 2023, were finally credited yesterday.

I wrote to QR today, asking them to renew my Platinum status because I had gone beyond the required 1 QPoint before the 31 December 2023 deadline. They responded that I, as of today needed 56 QPoints to requalify. Please advice what to do.

I already requalified in December 2023, and this needs to be honoured, right?

See two screenshot of my WhatsApp dialogue.
Hope you can help me

It was confirmed, by QR, on 29 December 2023, that I needed only 1 QPoint to renew my Platinum tier

And confirmed again.
