So a couple of points: overall lounge is great as usual. However:

2. I asked for a suite and qualified based on layover time (6 hours), class (business) and flight length of one leg on transfer (9 hours 5 mins). However destination was not on some kind of list so sat for 45 mins as lady tried to get her supervisor to “call Turkish”. Eventually I went and got someone from front desk who after 10 minutes of discussion solved it…
