I talked to a friend at AA in ops and he has been checking DFW flights daily since the original post and there’s not been a single flight since where 5 pilots were ahead of the highest ranked FF. He’s skeptical this has ever happened.
My flight was from MIA where I saw 5 up front. Granted it was a wide body but still.
