There's not really a consistent set of destinations that get the new A350s. At this point, making a booking more than 24 hours out with an expectation that you'll get a new A350 is likely setting yourself up for disappointment.

So far in 2024, the new A350s have been to (as far as I could collect from FR24):

18 turns: JFK
16 turns: HKG
13 turns: EWR
10 turns: LBV
9 turns: HND
6 turns: DEL
5 turns: ORD, LFW
3 turns: LAS, LAX, PPT, ACC, AUH
2 turns: BOG, IAH, LIM, BZV/FIH, YUL
1 turn: DTW, MRU, MAA, CAI, DLA, TNR, EZE, BEY, FOR, YYZ, BOM

HKG and EWR (not counting LAS...) are likely the only destinations where a majority of A350 flights have been with the new config
