My account has been locked for weeks on end, when I sign in with my aadvatange login and password nothing happens, it acts like it signs in but when I go to make a reservation it wants me to log in again. I have followed up many times with BookAAHotels but I always get the same response. I have also reached out to American directly but was told it was nothing on their end and my login does work for flights just not hotels.
Good afternoon, as we mentioned on previous email, we are currently experiencing a system failure that is preventing us from making online reservations at this time. Our Technical Department tells us that they do not have an estimated time to resolve the error. This problem can take days or even weeks.
Therefore, we recommend at this time to make your reservation directly with the hotel using your credit card.
Charges for failed reservation attempts were immediately refunded to your original form of payment and will be reflected in your account within 24-48 hours.
We regret that we cannot help you on this occasion.

I had this same thing a while back, and I continued to be persistent, as well as calling. Maybe try pointing out that this is
not affecting others, so is not a system thing, but is impacting your account specifically. I just kept sending new emails about this to both of those addresses. My longest, though, was a little over a week.
Unfortunately, I don't have any suggestions beyond what you're doing and maybe calling.
