A few to share from my visit to Istanbul earlier this month...

Either the menu was incorrect - or the wrong food boarded - because the options were actually Bacon & Egg Roll or Egg & Tomato Roll. Unfortunately, given the the incredibly short flight, the time eaten up by communicating this mistake to each and every disinterested Biz passenger (28 in all) meant they were literally throwing them at us once we'd already begun the descent. Hence no photo. Kudos to the crew, though. They handled that pressure well... and still managed to crack a bottle of Champers (solely for me) amongst the chaos.

No menu whatsoever, which surprised me for an ex-LHR route that is at the very upper extents of flight-time in their short-haul operations. I was simply presented verbally with an option of Chicken or Pasta. Attempts at requesting elaboration were met with sheer bewilderment. Having been sufficiently fed at Heathrow and blessed with sole command of the one and only bottle of Champagne on board, I was quite ok.

The Chicken was really quite bland.
