Since the Delta forum has this (I've personally found it useful), I figured maybe this forum could have one?

I'll start:

• Date - 01/17/24
• AAdvantage Status - None
• Fare class - First Class AAward ticket
• What happened - First Class ticket, with meal service and snacks advertised. Flight was not catered, so there was no meal or First Class snack basket (only biscoff cookies - nothing else).
• Compensation - ZERO until escalated, then 2,500 miles
• Comments - After I pushed back, the Customer Relations rep said the "system" generated 1,500 miles and he added another 1,000 miles. I requested more, and the CR Agent gave the same terms/story as the View From the Wing article, where AA has determined that meals, seats, etc. are "complimentary" and you are not entitled to anything. I would note that UA had empowered their FA's to give out $100 vouchers when they discontinued meals in First on flights over 800 miles.
