Sorry, whilst i fully appreciate that Brexit has added to the time/complexity of cross border trade, its ridiculous to say that is the reason for continued slow delivery of a contract for in excess of 3000 seats over around 4 years, If Collins are unable to add the necessary few days to each import requitrement they aren't very organised.
