You definitely want to check the other 10 online or by the phone number on the back. Several of us (including me) have run into the identical situation and I also had issues with the Everywhere cards as well. I'm curious how you were able to get the two refunded on the spot back to a debit card, they did my refund on the spot (for my 4 that they were alerted to) in their system, no card was used for that
Thanks for the heads up. I'll just run all of them through the Everywhere website I guess.
As far as the refund, I didn't tell them to do anything special. They told me to put my card in the reader for the refund.
