I recently stayed at this hotel in the same room category as FlyinHawaiian.

I thought it was an excellent choice. The hotel staff were truly exceptional. And I would give the location an 'A' rating - it's close enough to walk to anything Shinjuku, but far enough away that you won't need to worry about rowdy crowds and noise. I would absolutely stay there again.
