I just took 3 flights out of AUH over 2 wks. I didn’t have to remove liquids, just my laptop and iPad. I also used fast track security and immigration lines on each departing and arriving flight (this was despite there being a short queue in the regular lines). It’s such a nice and efficient terminal. Have you also noticed that they're not visually scanning the XRay machines, AI is doing it at AUH ! Also fyi every 10th bag, according to the chap I spoke to, is randomly (sic) removed for follow up
