The problem with the seat is that although the ottoman is a couple feet deep, the TV monitor is right above it and juts out almost the same depth. So if you sit in it and use the entire depth, you'll be leaning forward 20-30 degrees with the bottom of the TV digging into your spine. I'm sure others on here have given it a quick try
Can a 1.5-1.9 year old comfortably sit in the ottoman? I'm thinking of using AAdvantage miles for 2 tickets in F or 3 tickets in W for a LHR-LAX on the 77W, as the price seems somewhat similar even with lap infant fees. I've flown the AA 77W in F before but not since having a kid, so my memory here is fuzzy..
