Some things i noticed:
Grand seems bigger than premier due to separate bedroom and sitting area even though premier has more sq footage
Grand with pool is only available on main island, not on quiet island
Premier does not appear to have mini-fridge and wetbar...at least that I could tell
Grand has better tub view than premier (in my opinion)
premier has bed facing out glass to ocean....grand faces sideways to glass.
Appreciate any thoughts and opinions

if you’re paying cash, what draws you to CMRI?
I’d ensure, firstly, that you have compared to other properties at a similar price point.
there are places with better reef, facilities, villas, prices, transport, service etc.
not necessarily all of those in one place, but many return here because they have points; and of the 3 Maldives options this is the best for reef and isolation.
once you aren’t spending points I’d quickly look to make sure I was getting value.
