It looks like you're right about the Conrad DC being excluded but it appears that you should still get access at WAs with lounges.

Thanks for this. I think I remember the staff at WA Bangkok during our stay in October last year saying that if they had an Exec. Lounge, I would have access to it as a diamond member.
