Concierge works for IRROPS, eupgrades clear. Emails and questions are handled in a reasonable manner. I show up at the bare minimum of time to get on a flight, why do I want to show up 3 hours early to sit in a lounge and eat reheated food.

I would rather do a mobile order when I arrive, grab a starbucks, get a seat and wait for my flight.

Plus as an SE, I won't check luggage unless I (My wife demands) absolutely have to. (I am on a 2 week trip to Australia with a carry on, I just take Sunday to do laundry).
If its a Work Trip, should allow laundry expense no?

I am like you as well. I only checked in my hiking poles even if it fits inside the luggage. Life is too short to wait 30 minutes every time for luggage.
