I stayed there last week for 6 nights with my family (2 adults and 2 boys 13 and 7).
Can’t speak to occupancy limit as we had two rooms. Lounge access was strictly for one guest at a time - if I wanted to bring my wife and kids at the same time they said I would need to pay for the kids. Though that was fine for us since only either my wife or one child ever wants to go, and rarely at the same time - so did not test how they enforce the rules in practice.
One note on their connecting rooms in case anyone is interested - only option they have is an accessible king connecting to regular two twins. This is often the case with connecting rooms - one being accessible - but the design of this accessible room was a little over engineered for those not needing it. For example you cannot open/close the bathroom door manually - and the automated mechanism is very loud - my wife and I would have woken each other up several times per night. And there was so much padding on and around the toilet, not sure we could use it. So we ended up switching to two side by side rooms.
Another annoying thing is even in the regular rooms the entry light comes on when the room door opens - even if all lights are turned off. You are almost guaranteed to wake someone up if entering/leaving the room while they are still sleeping.
That said the location is amazing. And the staff/service was great. First night we were not so sure we had made the right choice but by the end of the stay we were glad we stayed there.
