I’ll throw a curve ball and say how about the A380 and getting an upgrade to F as I hear this seems to be the best seat/cabin on BA (I’ve not flown it personally).

Slightly more risky as F may be full but if I didn’t get it and ended up on the upper deck in 50 or 53 A/K, with access to the large bathrooms then still a nice way to travel.
