It seems that you can redeem BA points on China Southern. And, if pointsguy's most recent single airline chart is even close to accurate, award tickets could offer an attractive value, especially if you decide to fly ISB-URC (mwf, 940a, 9k avios?) because that flight rarely drops below $500 and many other frequent flyer programs place China and Pakistan in different award zones (e.g. 40k DL miles for the same flight).
