Most of the rooms at The Connaught are smaller than average. The public rooms and bar area are terrific and Mount Street is my favorite street in London. The Penn is slightly off track (IMHO) but the rooms will be larger and modern. The Dorchester has large rooms and is undergoing a top to bottom renovation.
