I just tried it with mine and it shows all the insurance types: Lost Luggage, Travel Accident, Trip Delay, Trip Cancellation/Interruption, Purchase Protection/Security, Baggage Delay, Collision Damage Waiver. The URL for the page that shows these is https://www.eclaimsline.com/new-claim/step-one (though of course you have to put in your name and card number first or that page won't show anything).

If your card number and name were correct, maybe try turning off content blockers if you have any, checking cookie settings, reloading the page, etc. Can't think of anything else to suggest at the moment.
