You keep reiterating this. The following things are true:

1) You did not listen to a manager when they told you to stop buying GC's.
2) You were stopped doing this again after talking to the manager previously.
3) You (inexplicably?) signed a piece of paper saying that you accepted that you were indefinitely banned from all Wal-marts.
4) You now want to worry about when you'll get be able to go to Walmart again?

This sounds like an addiction more than a MS issue. As with many others, I think you're leaving out significant details in terms of how much MSing you're doing or how dependent you are on doing so. Either way, you dared them to do something, they did, and now you're going to need a lawyer to extricate yourself from that situation without running any risks. If the cost of doing that is worth the reward of being able to go to Walmarts again, do that. If not, find a different place to shop and don't walk into a Walmart again.
