The last two times I have web chatted with F9, this message has popped up:

"Thanks for being an Elite Frontier Miles member! I’m going to connect you with a resolution specialist."

And I dare say, the service has been better.
1. The chats have been answered very quickly
2. The agents seem to have a better understanding of what I'm asking for.
3. The agents actually DO what I ask for, without a lot of back and forth and waiting between messages.

This makes me wonder if they now have an "Elite desk" that they route their elites to? If so, I like it.

Anyone else notice this?
