A few updates on the lounge situation at Haneda :

JAL opened a new Sakura Lounge in April last year. It is located in front of gate 114 at Terminal 3 (international terminal) You can see what it looks like and find all infos from JAL by clicking here.

AF customers are invited to use this lounge.

The usual AF / KL lounge access policies apply (Business or Gold / Platinum / Skyteam Elite Plus).

Lounge opens at 06am and remains open until last JL departure of the day. The older lounge remains open and is now named the Sakura SKYVIEW.

If you are flying in La Premiere, you are eligible for entry into the JAL First Class lounge located near gate 112. "(Also for ULTIMATE members : confirmed by outside source, yet to be confirmed by a forum member)"

Both lounges have extensive food and beverages selection (even in the morning with Japanese curry, rice, eggs, bacon and bentos.) and large shower rooms. The new Sakura lounge gets crowded from 07am to 08am before AF281’s departure as many JL depart at the same time.

This is the entry of the JAL First Class lounge for La Premiere customers :

And here is the Sakura lounge and showers area :

I did not take pictures of the the interiors as it was crowded but it’s easy to find online. (YouTube).
