I stay here every month, was here last week. The lounge is definitely a big plus for me; comfortable, lots of good food and drink, and offers a meeting room for conference calls. Well worth paying for if your reservation doesn't include it; and note that MR membership doesn't get it automatically, even my Ambassador level won't get me in unless the reservation includes club access. Love the chinese restaurant, service can be a little "relaxed", but the food is excellent. Rooms are nice, well appointed, well serviced, and they upgrade me every time to a suite, but only after I mentioned on my 3rd stay that I wasn't getting upgrades. Cheeky, perhaps arrogant, but it worked. :-)

Staff are very helpful, especially Punjab at the concierge desk.
