Three thoughts. One note the cities above where WN serves and note WN Highest walkup fare to any destination is $299. Of course in Dallas we don't enjoy these because of the Wright Amendment.

Also the DFW deal works at to a 20% reduced rent over the term of the lease, its just all the savings are up front

Fares do not include (a) a federal excise tax of $3.20 per U.S. domestic flight segment, defined as one takeoff and landing, of a passenger's itinerary; (b) up to $18 per round trip in local airport charges; and (c) September 11th security fee of $2.50 per enplanement originating at a US airport, up to $5 per one way or $10 per round trip. WN walkup fares are good on all flights, no $5/$10 fee to talk to a person, include airport charges of up to $18, include fed exise tax, is valid on all seat inventory.

Its time to drop the Wright Amendment
