Grand Hyatt with 11 year old mattress!
Just completed a stay at a Grand Hyatt in a major US city. I loathe the mattress protectors since they are stuffy and overheat my bottom.

Upon removing the mattress protector, the Sealy mattress tag ripped off and revealed that the mattress was manufactured in Feb 2013.

Does Hyatt have brand standards that require hotels to change mattresses after a certain time?
