Parents flying CI booked via AF miles. Everything is confirmed with seats selected / ticket number but I cannot figure out for the life of me how to add passport information. AF UI 'Manage travel documents' section doesn't have an area of this, and the CI website 'Booking Inquiry' section is only valid for flights booked on CI directly it seems.

Is this one of those 'have to go to the airport and check-in / show passport' type deals? Trying to sort out as much as I can since it is a flight for my parents and they're not super used to this sort of travel.
