Well I haven't stayed at either hotel. I am more prone to look at the extras I would get. Not sure of your dates, but I didn't see much available at your E82 rate for the Renaiisance. However, 89 - 99 Euros a night including breakfast is a great deal. Did you get an Executive Room? If so, then you should get club access - so you would get a few snacks and drinks in the evening.
I am staying at the Renaiisance during my visit because I am getting Dinner included with my stay (Company gives me a flat rate for my stay - so I maximize the $$.
I would think that either would be a good choice - the one think I know about Marriott is that they are all pretty consistant.
