More about airlines who fly in to the US, then all airlines everywhere,

If I fliy from the UK to all bar one of the 200 or whatever countries on the planet and I do not connect through the USA what business is that of theirs?
This whole thread shows you why doesn't it?

You may agree or disagree with the US rules that you can't use an ESTA if you have been to any of the dodgy countries they list, but at the end of the day it's their train set, their rules. They may quite like to know if you had been to Iraq, or Iran, or Cuba on a different passport and lied on your form.
