For posterity, here are the breakfast and all day menus, together with the buffet options available at the LHR First Class lounge from August 2023.
The Western Set was pretty decent.
The vegan scrambled tofu was somewhat salty.
The drinks menu is extensive, although I prefer walking over to the bar in the Business Class lounge to watch my cocktail being prepared.
The dim sum basket and BBQ pork fried rice was typically pleasant, and the pan fried sea bream was decent too.
