Business Rewards ticket - upgrade with miles?
Hey there!

Booking with cash JNB-DXB-NCE:
Economy Flex Plus
Upgrade Available

Great!

Trying to book the same ticket paying with Business Rewards Points and suddenly for all fare types:
Upgrade to Business: Restricted

Is it possible to do an upgrade with miles for tickets issued with Business Rewards points?

I would assume they follow the same rules as revenue tickets (which they basically are), but was put off by this note of Restricted upgrade.
